Culture. Collaboration. Hiring. Developing.

Culture. Collaborative office wall sticker.

CULTURE

Embarking on agile creative campaign and content development often begins with looking at three key areas. Organizational model, Ideation/creation process model. Tools/Processes. Created an open office space, beer cart Friday, war rooms, zen room, ping pong table.

COLLABORATION

Implementing agile marketing pods is a proven way for companies to increase efficiency and collaborative decision making. Created squads from cross functional areas that have power to take decisions and meet regularly to share results and align the destination.

HIRING

Implemented a hiring personality traits and a series of interviews to find passionate, learning on the fly, curious, data driven team members.

‘‘My first interview with the Adecco Group was with Edmundo, therefore, my first impression of the Group came from him. In the interview he was kind, inquisitive not just about my career but also about me as a person, down to earth and I could tell he truly loved working there - and that made me want to work there too. Then I worked for him a few years and we had a great working relationship - he was never a micro manager and allowed me the freedom to do my thing, but was always there if I needed him to help my growth. He managed to strike a great balance with the team to get inspiration however we needed it in order to deliver top quality work (whether it be physically in the office or not), while holding everyone accountable. Edmundo thrives on collaboration and is drama free. I was happy to work with him!’’

DEVELOPING

Developing the team is more amplifying their strengths and allowing them to perform, to be empowered.

‘‘Edmundo was my manager while in the Adecco Group's NA HQ. He was, and probably always will be, the best manager I've ever had. He mentored me from a junior designer to grow into the design leadership roles I hold today. He is a true team leader, not just a manager, supporting his team by placing them before himself, taking time to understand his team's individual needs and goals, and offering feedback, training, and opportunities to help us get to the next level. Edmundo taught me many lessons that still hold true years later and gave me amazing opportunities to lead teams of my own, to work on global projects, and to become a better leader myself. Edmundo is able to execute change on a large-scale, bringing innovation, agile processes, and design-thinking to departments and teams globally. Any team would be incredibly lucky to have Edmundo as their leader.’’
